The Community Enrichment Coalition (CEC) is a grassroots, non-profit corporation which has dedicated its organization and its volunteers to help provide the leadership necessary to create a safe, healthy, and
productive communty in the Jonathan Street area. We seek to accomplish this goal by calling upon and encouraging the people of our community to help identify and plan ways and means of solving our common problems. We
will pursue this dream in an atmosphere of mutual respect, personal pride, and trust which provides opportunities for sound communications and new learning for all segments of our community. We seek the support and cooperation of
the governmental agencies, private sector organizations, churches, businesses, and individuals interested in helping CEC and the Jonahtan Street community to take responsibility for helping to bring a new spirit and hope for the
