| What is BREAK-A-WAY? | BREAK-A-WAY is an innovative and affordable
day program for seniors requiring daily support. BREAK-A-WAY can prevent
nursing home placement by providing adult day services including social,
recreational, educational and group activities, as well as health screenings.
This structured-activities program is intended to help seniors remain as
independent as possible while receiving quality care in a safe, home-like
environment.
BREAK-A-WAY is a family oriented program which allows relatives and caregivers to provide input into their loved ones daily structured care plan. this participation reassures family members that their loved ones are receiving the best care possible while providing families with time off from caregiver concerns. |

group. Structured activities that serve as therapy for group participants, including the popular Memory Lane which encourages participants to recall and share past experiences |

| Transportation Services | Field trip and daily transportation provided by the Commission on Aging and Easter Seals. Some restrictions apply. | |
| Fees are covered through direct
client payments and third-party reimbursements. Services are billed on a weekly or monthly basis, as preferred. scholarship assistance is available and paid for by individual and corporate contributions. |
