Western Maryland Hospital Center Renal Dialysis Program
WMHC offers both inpatient and outpatient renal dialysis services. The service includes hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis. Our all RN (registered nurse) staff has been extensively trained and offer years of experience with this special service. The program provides for maximally individualistic rehabilitation of the patient by offering the medical and emotional support necessary for that achievement.
The renal dialysis program offers unique services such as delicious, nutritious meals, availability of the wound management team, and rehabilitation therapists, if needed. The renal dialysis unit is under the medical direction of an experienced nephrologist.
If you have questions or concerns, we encourage you to talk with the Nurse Manager, Case Manager, or the Medical Director.
