Complex Medical/Pulmonary Care Program

WMHC’s Complex Medical/Pulmonary Care Program is a one-of-a-kind, state-of-the-art program. Many different types of problems are managed through a team approach in this program. You may be in need of ventilator care or be in the process of weaning from a ventilator. In addition, many of the patients in the program are experiencing multi-system medical problems including isolation, the need for wound management, or renal dialysis.

Regardless of your medical problem, your physician, nurse, respiratory therapist and the entire team will work together on your plan of care. The goals that you and your family want to achieve will lay the foundation for your care.

A patient in the Complex Medical/Pulmonary Care Program is reviewed in their care plan conference once a month.

Program Location

From the main lobby area, you should proceed to the ground floor elevator. In the elevator, select "2" to go to the second floor. Turn left when exiting the elevator. The Complex Medical/Pulmonary Care Program is comprised of both 2 East and 2 West. A patient in this program could be located on either 2 East or 2 West.
